BLOUNT COUNTY, AL (WBRC)- Blountsville Police Chief C. Ray Baxley has confirmed that his department is working the near drowning of a 3-year-old child at Spring Valley Beach water park.
The child has been transported to a local hospital, but no other details are available at this time.
